About me
I’m Nina – a passionate yogini, movement enthusiast, and nature lover. Yoga has been a part of my journey since 2015. To me, yoga is not just a physical practice, but a deeper experience of sensing – a connection to nature, to myself, and to those around me. It is a feeling of deep gratitude for the opportunity to consciously explore this life.
I love supporting people in connecting with themselves and their own truth. In my classes, I help you discover movements that feel good and show you how to approach yourself gently and lovingly. At the same time, I challenge you to discover your strength and unfold your potential. I see the yoga mat as a space for exploration.
I am deeply passionate about movement. For me, movement is bodywork and the key to feel the space around me, and constantly discove new connections between myself and my environment. Vinyasa, Yin, and Laughter Yoga are the styles that offer me access to inner calm and playful ease.
In 2018, I founded my passion project Clean Up Yogi – an initiative that combines yoga with picking up litter. This way, we not only do something good for ourselves but also for the environment.
Beyond the mat, I love being out in nature – whether hiking, climbing, practicing partner acrobatics, or working on my handstand. On the water, you’ll often find me with my SUP, and under the water, I enjoy the tranquility of the depths while snorkeling or freediving. Despite my active lifestyle, it’s important for me to create moments of relaxation. Yin Yoga has helped me bring more softness and balance into my life.
Additionally, I’ve gathered some resources on cultural appropriation in yoga.
